Providing jobs in UK manufacturing and technology, the Digital Manufacturing Centre (DMC) has announced its partnership with recruitment firm Hernshead Recruitment to staff the cutting-edge additive manufacturing production facility.
Opening in Q1 2021, the UK-based Digital Manufacturing Centre is searching for talented engineers, developers and operations professionals to power its 2,000 sqm manufacturing centre, focused on polymer and metal additive manufacturing and toolless parts production.
The Digital Manufacturing Centre specialises in next-generation digital manufacturing methods, based in the UK’s South East Midlands region within Silverstone Park, at the centre of the Silverstone Technology Cluster and Oxford-Cambridge Arc. Its people are integral to its additive manufacturing production processes, and it has turned to trusted recruitment partner, Hernshead Recruitment, to help deliver the right staff, culture and creativity as it grows.
Hernshead Recruitment is one of a number of partnerships that the Digital Manufacturing Centre has created. The management team of the production facility has teamed up with a range of key innovation partners to ensure it’s future-proofed and excelling within the additive manufacturing arena. The DMC will open in Q1 2021 and have the latest additive manufacturing machines, materials and engineering knowledge.
Although the DMC is sector agnostic, meaning it will provide engineering and production solutions to all industries and teams that can benefit from additive manufacturing methods, the DMC will primarily will work with automotive, aerospace, defence, industrial, medical and space industries both in small- and large-scale projects.
Leading the Digital Manufacturing Centre is CEO Kieron Salter who will be working alongside Nigel Robinson, who has recently joined as COO.
